Happier every day
Since I was born, I have been trying to understand myself and the world around me, seeking wisdom and happiness. This Happiness Journal is the result of this expedition.
Every day, on every page, you will find an interesting thought and questions to ask yourself. In the morning, right after you wake up, write down what you dreamt about. This will improve your dream memory. Reinforce one of your inner goals and identify the most important task you want to advance during the day. At night, before falling asleep, think your day through and realise how fortunate you are to be here. Also think about what you would like to do differently or better in the future. Finally decide what you would like to dream about, and then enjoy your well-deserved rest. From time to time you will receive special challenges too, which will help you overcome your limitations and recognise that you can do anything if you want it.
